Where as in fact, living calmness and living relaxation are very powerful states, which the system shows. When we achieve more calmness, we can see more clearly, and are able to experience and appreciate life more fully. Why it’s important to breatheBreathing exercises are very important because when we breathe fully, the internal organs function better, which helps digestion and elimination of toxins. This in turn gives more energy to the entire system. Breathing fully also helps calm the mind. How can meditation help us?Meditation is also very important. Just as physical exercises help the body to get fitter, meditation helps the mind to become calmer. The calmer it becomes, the more energy we have to help us do what we need and like to do. When water is very calm, it becomes like a mirror which reflects things exactly as they are. When water is disturbed, and has many waves, it distorts the reflection and it is difficult to see what is reflected. If we look at the mind as being like water, the calmer it becomes, the more it helps us to see and appreciate, and make better decisions.
